“Joseph, son of David, do not be afraid to take Mary your wife into your home. For it is through the holy Spirit that this child has been conceived in her” (Mt. 1:20).

“When Joseph awoke, he did as the angel of the Lord had commanded him and took his wife into his home” (Mt. 1:24).

Day 4
“So they went in haste and found Mary and Joseph, and the infant lying in the manger” (Lk. 2:16).

Day 5
“Joseph rose and took the child and his mother by night and departed for Egypt” (Mt 2:14).
Let us pray: O St. Joseph help us, by your example and prayers, to widen our hearts and learn better to put the needs of others ahead of our own. Amen.
Day 6
“[Joseph] rose, took the child and his mother, and went to the land of Israel” (Mt. 2:21).

Day 7
“Not finding him, they returned to Jerusalem to look for him. After three days they found him in the temple, sitting in the midst of the teachers, listening to them and asking them questions” (Lk. 2:46).
Full of confidence in your power I fly unto you and beg your protection.
Despise not O Guardian of the Redeemer my humble supplication, but in your bounty, hear and answer me. Amen.
